Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Kova Store, we curate the best products from global suppliers to bring them directly to your door. Because we work with international partners (dropshipping model), please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Origins & Delivery Times

To ensure competitive prices and high quality, our products are shipped directly from our international distribution centers (Asia, North America, and Europe).

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Quality control and packaging).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Total Estimated Arrival: Generally, you can expect your package within 2 to 4 weeks.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

  • It may take 3–7 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  • You can track your package directly on our website or through global tracking services.

3. Separate Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This happens because we work with different specialized suppliers to ensure you get the best version of each product.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since the products are shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once the shipment reaches your country.

  • For UK/EU Customers: Prices on our store may or may not include VAT depending on current regulations at checkout.

  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their local government. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • The Kova Store is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a reshipping fee may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are missing or stolen. However, if your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 30 days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
